Australia Bushfire is Growing Ferocious Every Day, Learn Why
The Australia
Bushfires have once again attacked the country and have so far
destroyed more than 50 homes and injured at least 13 firefighters. The officers
have warned that if it does not rain, the fire might take a gigantic form and
there are fewer chances that the fire would abate soon. The risk of life is
also increasing with the rising temperature in the west of Australia.
According to the reports, at least 150 fires were
blazing in New South Wales and Queensland. The police and security agencies
ordered evacuations of tourist places such as Noosa, Brisbane. The firefighters
told everyone to leave as soon as possible.
“Conditions are now very dangerous and firefighters may soon be
unable to prevent the fire advancing,” Queensland Fire and Emergency Services
released a statement. They further said, “The fire may pose a threat to all
lives directly in its path.”
Reason Behind Australia Bushfire
Bushfire is common as well as a frequent Event in Australia and the fires emerge every year during the warm months.
The bushfires arise due to hot and dry climate, especially during summers. These fires impact a large area and impact the property and lives as well.
Some species of flora including the plants and herbs have evolved to live in fire, and bushfires have become a common part of the ecology of Australia. The native Australians used fire to cultivate grasslands, to clear land, and for hunting.
These fire takes a gigantic form and spreads in the entire jungle and ruins everything, and add to the below problems.
No Rainfall
The fires have become unstoppable due to the dry spells in Australia. The nation is dry for some 12 months. No rainfall has been recorded at any weather station in Australia.
Climate Change
“Climate change is making hot days hotter, and heatwaves longer and more frequent. Some parts of Australia are becoming drier,” according to the report.
