Green Living Helps To Fight With the Polluted Environment

Green living has a deep relationship between the environment and human life. Both depend on each other. Human life develops well within a clean and pure environment but when the environment becomes polluted, it causes diseases and different types of mental and physical disorders and human life get degraded. Environmental pollution is the main cause of diseases because nowadays trees, plants, parks, forests, green areas, etc. have been reduced by the human behaviour and the environment is under threat and all sorts of environmental imbalances are occurring.
All living beings take in food and oxygen and give out carbon dioxide.
C6H12O6 + 6O2           6CO2     +       6H2O (Respiration in animals)
Glucose + Oxygen   carbon dioxide + water + energy trees
Plants take in carbon dioxide and provide food and oxygen
6CO   +     6H2O   →     C6H12O6    +     6O(Photosynthesis in plants)
Carbon dioxide + water plus solar energy is equal to glucose + oxygen

air pollution and health careNatural Balance:

Mother Nature has very smartly designed itself and has a complete proper system to keep a balance in the environment. The charged ions present in the environment, both positive & negative are the main ingredients to maintain freshness in the atmosphere. The natural positive and negative ions are found in abundance in forests, mountains, and sea.
In this way, the environmental balance is maintained hence all of us should plant trees on a large scale around us.
These days air quality is deteriorating and a large number of pollutants creates problems and challenges in the air.
